Steve and Terry moved to Lake Havasu City in September 2006 from New Hampshire. As young retirees they wanted to do something that was fun and where they could work together. They had a great experience selling their home in NH working with a real estate team. This sparked an idea -- they could sell real estate. They took the courses for their Arizona and California license simultaneously and passed both state tests the first time around.

And you know what, they are having fun! With the slow market they are able to learn and attend many seminars to broaden their knowledge.

Steve and Terry both enjoy interacting with people and they each have their complimentary strengths. Steve loves to go knocking on doors and will start a conversation with anyone. Steve’s leadership skills and sales experience give him the ability to see the big picture. Terry’s background in accounting and auditing assists in completing the details involved in real estate transactions. She loves to do paperwork. Together they make the perfect team.
